Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us at support@cintellion.com. Returns must be sent to: Toskanska 2497, Hostivice 25301. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return under our voluntary return policy; however, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected regardless of the conditions above.
Refunds
You'll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@cintellion.com.
