This Shipping Policy describes how Cintellion (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers orders placed on cintellion.com.

We ship to:
• Czech Republic
• European Union (EU)
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@cintellion.com.
1. Order processing time
We usually process orders within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery methods & carriers
Delivery is handled by the carriers available at checkout, including:
• Zásilkovna
• PPL
We do not offer in-person pickup at this time.
1. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the selected delivery method.
2. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery depends on the destination country and the carrier selected at checkout.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
4. Undeliverable / uncollected parcels
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable or uncollected, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, peak seasons, or inaccurate/incomplete delivery details provided by the customer; however, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
